Dan LaShelle looks through his binoculars at a blue headed vireo in the tree tops along Konza Prairie Nature Trail on Tuesday. LaShelle visited Konza at least 40 times in 2017 and has identified more than 30 birds this week. "It's really marvelous to see this clear again," said LaShelle, who had cataract surgery in 2018.
